It doesn’t matter whether you have a single bus or coach, or a national fleet – if you’re carrying passengers commercially then, by law, you need a CPC qualified Transport Manager.
You’ll need to have arranged for a Transport Manager to join your organisation even before you apply for your PCV Operating licence (your ‘O’ licence)
If you’ve taken the investment to attain this qualification yourself, then great – you’ll know you can be both Operator and Transport Manager. We wish you well and thanks for looking.
