We’ve supplied a sample contract so that you can see what the conditions and clauses are before you contact us or set up an initial meeting.

 

The contract has four main sections:

 

    • A revision section that documents any and all changes agreed within the contract.
    • A summary section providing client’s and contractor’s detail.
    • A main section describing the contractor’s service in compliance with IR35 legislation.
    • A schedule describing the nature of the services, prices and exceptions.
